Important Final Grade Information - December 19, 2014

• All grades have been entered for the 2^nd quarter. Please carefully review them. All students did a grade assessment during exam week and had the opportunity to address any questions or concerns. All students were aware of averages, missing assignments, and all assignment scores except their exam grade and their Modern Mockingbird projects ( these grades are posted now). If a student has a question or concern please email me at avril.syes@mnps.org before 11:59 pm, Monday, December 29, 2014.
• If there is a note on GradeSpeed that says that an assignment wasn't submitted on turnitin.com please email the document to me ASAP no later than 11:59 pm, Monday, December 29, 2014.
• If there is a note on GradeSpeed, next to an assignment, please follow those instructions ASAP no later than 11:59 pm, Monday, December 29, 2014.
• Membean Reminder- Due to exam week and winter break I have decided to adjust your Membean requirements. You must complete 90 minutes (six - 15 minute sessions) from Monday December, 15, 2014 - Monday January 5, 2015 (I am giving you three weeks to complete what you normally have to complete in two weeks. So technically you can take a week or two off depending on how you complete your time.   The time completed Monday in class counts as one of the six required sessions (so if you completed 15 minutes Monday you only have five more days to do Membean). For this particular training period only it does not matter which six days you train or if they are all consecutive just make sure you complete the time and review your learned words before returning from break.
• Your first Membean quiz for the third quarter is scheduled for Tuesday, January 6, 2014. The time that will go towards that quiz is time completed from Monday December, 15, 2014 - Sunday January 4, 2015.
