1.) Make sure the title the “The Honorable..” is only in the name listed directly above the address. See the example below.

2.) After your greeting only include the greeting, Senator, and their last name. See the example below.
Dear Senator Brown,
3.) You are responsible for printing off a copy of the letter and submitting it during your class period tomorrow. Orchestra students you can submit your paper any time before you leave for your field trip.
4.) Before submitting the printed copy sign your signature using black ink only.
5.) Remember that a copy of your unsigned final draft should be submitted on turnitin.com before 8:00am tomorrow morning.
6.) When you submit your paper tomorrow place all documents in the following order.
1. Final typed draft
2. Rough draft with peer reviews
3. First letter outline that stated your stance, the issue, and the action.
